Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions regarding the address and shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for the organization and return shipping costs. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the situation and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

Right of withdrawal – European Union (14 days)

In accordance with European Union law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the item is delivered to an EU country. This right applies without giving a reason. 

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
